LIVE Sports Broadcast - a solution for organizations of all sizes
Live streaming sports is a demanding endeavor. Camera distances can be far from the video operations center making set-up a challenging situation. Knowing the sport and keeping up with the action is paramount for a successful operation along with having the core staff to produce the graphics, audio and instant replay experience that you come to expect when you watch a sporting event. With more than 42 sports under our belt of all shapes and sizes - let us work with you on your next sporting event.
There are three main components that determine your pricing for live web streaming sports service:
- Baseline production service;
- Production staff and additional production equipment;
- Internet service and availability.
Our pricing model is based around a core service we provide to any client for broadcasting under 3 hours with a single HD camera. All additional staff, equipment and resources are built around this core service which starts at $1,675.00. To get additional information on how we can broadcast your next sporting event, contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our live web streaming site at: www.empirevideolive.com.
"Over the last 6 years, we have completed 42 live sporting events reaching more than 145,000 viewers and 738 hours of live web streaming programming. Some of our clients have included: IndyTennis (Indy Tennis Classic, 2018), FARA USA Sunset 300 & Sunset 500 (2014, 2017-Homestead, FL), IGLA Swimming Championship (2013, Seattle, WA), IGLFA World Soccer Championship (2014, Cleveland, OH and 2016, Portland, OR), Travelball Select Regional Championship (2016, Ft. Lauderdale, FL), Xtreme Fighting Nation - XFN 7, XFN 8, XFN 9 and XFN 10 (2016, Ft. Lauderdale, FL), Capital Classic Tennis Tournament (2013 thru 2016, Washington, DC), Columbus Classic Tennis Tournament (2013 thru 2016, Columbus, OH), New York Indoor Soccer Classic (2013 thru 2015, New York City, NY) and the Hillcrest Basketball Classic (2015, San Diego, CA)."
FARA USA is the 2nd largest formula racing organization in Florida next to NASCAR. FARA USA are the proud organizers of the Florida Road Racing Championship - a 7 race sporting event at the Homestead-Miami Speedway, Sebring International Raceway and Daytona International Speedway. We were asked to help grow this 10 year organization by providing live web streaming of the Sunset 300 (in 2014) and the Sunset 500 (in April, 2017).
Formula Racing is one of the hardest types of productions to produce. While ESPN and Fox Sports make it look easy, the logistics behind a quality broadcast are daunting. The Homestead-Miami Speedway is over 2.5 miles long requiring us to lay more than 3 miles of fiber to reach each of our 8 cameras on location. Achieving the client's expectation on a very limited budget means a production team of "over achievers" willing to sweat the small details and meticulous planning well in advance of the broadcast date. You don't have to be an ESPN to put on a good racing production and we are proud that we were up to the challenge of production our largest production to date.
Xtreme Fighting Nation was founded in 2013 by Daniel Kay and promotes the top up and coming fighters in South Florida. In an effort to grow South Florida's #1 MMA events, the founder wanted to put his fights on a pay per view platform where fight fans could watch LIVE from anywhere in the country. Working with our Ft. Lauderdale production partners, we worked with Mr. Kay to grow his live broadcast from a single camera operation (XFN 7) to a multi-camera affair complete with graphics, play by play announcers, interviews and commercials from advertisers and sponsors (XFN 8, 9 and 10).
Start-up programs aren't blessed with the biggest of budgets but they often have the biggest of dreams. When a company can't start off big but want to grow into a much larger production - we advised patience, prudence and budgeting. We started off very simple - single camera and encoder (no graphics, no music, no interviews) and grew his vision into a multi-camera production similar to what you are use to watching on TV. By setting the client up for success, they were able to move into new endeavors that allow their vision and their business to grow beyond their expectations.
In 2012, Empire Video Productions decided to put together a online live web streaming sports network that would focus on club, amateur, youth and niche athletic events that occur across the country. The IGLFA is host to an international soccer championship that is hosted all over the world. In 2014, the World Soccer Championship was held in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2016, it was held in Portland, Oregon. IGLFA asked our production team to travel to both of these locations to provide a 3 camera live web streaming solution for soccer fans all over the world.
Our team is not afraid to travel. In over 6 season, we have put in more than 36,000 miles on the road traveling to a variety of live web streaming events across the country. Using local videographers in the respective markets, we brought the core of our production team to Cleveland and Portland to insure that the World Championship could be seen by friends, family and fans all over the world.
